It's a steep hill lleft to climb. Report cards, checking in and out students, cleaning up our room.
Then -- a wedding or two, changes, perhaps a new driver in the family. It's going to be an exciting adventure and I'm daunted by it all.
Tha's okay. I'm going to read the Science textbook and do the Integrated Math. I'm going to create a syllabus calendar so my students can finish their textbooks. Maybe I'll write an academic policy so I'm not such a pushover.
Then I'm going to make paper junk. And go to the beach, read, get an ipod that works, chill out to the music, hike and have lunch with friends, stay healthy. Sleep until I'm not exhausted. Go to the library and maybe a concert or two (free, if possible), Spend time with the people I love.
